Definitions:
Service refers to a Slack bot that allows the user to request summaries from HubSpot data. User or Subscriber refers to the party subscribing to and using the service. AI Services refers to automated, AI-powered content generated by the service.

License and Restrictions:
The license is non-exclusive and limited to individual or organizational use. The service may not be resold, modified, copied, or used for automated bulk queries without written permission. The provider may restrict use in case of violation.

Service Description:
The service functions as described in the documentation. No additional functionality is guaranteed.

Changes to the Service and Terms:
The provider may change the content or terms of the service. Notice will be given within a reasonable time before changes take effect. The subscriber may terminate the subscription before the changes come into force.

Service Suspension and Termination:
The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service temporarily or permanently for technical, business, or legal reasons without liability.

Force Majeure:
The provider is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure, including third-party system failures, natural disasters, or official regulations.

Limitation of Liability:
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. The provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages. The user uses the service at their own risk.

AI Services:
AI-based features are provided as-is, without any warranty. The user is solely responsible for the use and consequences of AI-generated content.

Personal Data and Privacy:
The service stores the user’s email address, Slack ID, and subscription details. No other personal data is collected. Payments are handled via Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. For privacy matters, contact privacy@hubsnap.io. The privacy policy is available upon request.

Termination:
The service can be terminated at any time. It remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
